  • Vegan parmesan cheese: ½ cup
  • Panko breadcrumbs: ½ cup
  • Fresh parsley chopped: 2 tbsp
  • Lemon zest: 1 tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: ¼ tsp

Method
