Ingredients
  

  • 2 plant-based chicken breasts about 200g
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegan honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp mustard yellow or Dijon
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Make the sauce.
  2. Mix vegan honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. Prepare the chicken.
  4. Coat the plant-based chicken breasts in the mixture.
  5. Heat the pan.
  6. Add 1 tbsp olive oil on medium heat.
  7. Cook.
  8. Pan-sear vegan chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  9. Glaze.
  10. Pour remaining sauce into the pan and cook until glossy.
  11. Finish.
  12. Sprinkle parsley and serve warm.
