  • Chili powder – 1½ teaspoons
  • Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Red chili flakes – ¼ teaspoon

Method

  9. Cook uncovered for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
