  • 2 cans young green jackfruit in water or brine 20 oz each, drained and shredded
  • 1 cup vegan BBQ sauce
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
