Shrimp Scampi over Angel Hair Pasta Recipe

Darling, shrimp scampi over angel hair pasta sounds glamorous, but this vegan twist ditches the seafood while keeping flavor fabulous.
We’re talking garlicky goodness, silky olive oil, and twirly angel hair pasta—basically carbs in a cute dress.

Fresh lemon juice brightens the whole plate like sunshine, because dull dinners are not on your schedule.
