Strawberry Acai Refresher Recipe

A fruity, energizing strawberry acai refresher blended with acai powder, green tea, and strawberries, served chilled over ice.

Ingredients
  

  • Acai powder: 1 tbsp
  • Green tea brewed, cooled: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Coconut water: 1 cup 240 ml
  • Fresh strawberries: ½ cup sliced
  • Maple syrup or agave: 1 tbsp
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Brew green tea, let cool.
  2. In blender, combine acai powder, coconut water, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain mixture into bowl.
  5. Fill two glasses with ice.
  6. Add sliced strawberries.
  7. Pour blended mixture over ice.
  8. Stir gently.
  9. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  10. Serve immediately, chilled.
