Ingredients
  

  • Salmon fillets vegan swap: firm tofu: 2, 150g each
  • Broccoli florets: 1 cup
  • Red bell pepper sliced: 1 cup
  • Snap peas: ½ cup
  • Carrot julienned: ½ cup
  • Sweet chili sauce: 4 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic minced: 2 cloves
  • Ginger grated: 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds: for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat wok with olive oil over medium-high.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add salmon cubes, sear 3 minutes each side.
