- Stir in 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Prep the pita.
- Warm 2 pita breads for a few seconds.
- Assemble.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and seasoned vegan beef.
- Finish.
- Top with vegan yogurt and parsley.
