Ingredients
  

  • 200 g plant-based beef crumbles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pita breads
  • ½ cup lettuce shredded
  • ¼ cup tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup cucumbers chopped
  • 2 tbsp onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat the pan.
  2. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and warm it.
  3. Cook plant-based beef.
  4. Add 200g vegan beef and sauté until lightly browned.
  5. Season.
  6. Mix in garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add brightness.
  8. Stir in 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  9. Prep the pita.
  10. Warm 2 pita breads for a few seconds.
  11. Assemble.
  12. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and seasoned vegan beef.
  13. Finish.
  14. Top with vegan yogurt and parsley.
