  • Almond flour – ¼ cup
  • Maple syrup – ⅓ cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk – ½ cup
  • Coconut oil melted – 2 tablespoons
  • Pumpkin spice – 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Blend oats into a coarse flour using a blender.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, oat flour, protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, and almond milk to a bowl.
  4. Mix coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, spices, and salt into the batter.
