  • 1 –2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste

Method 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry kale leaves.
  3. Toss kale with olive oil in a large bowl until lightly coated.
  4. Spread leaves in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt evenly over kale.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are crisp but not burnt.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve immediately.
