Ingredients
  

  • Vegan turkey substitute – 300 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion – ¼ cup
  • Garlic – 1 tsp minced
  • Bread crumbs – ¼ cup
  • Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Paprika – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment.
  3. Add vegan turkey substitute to a bowl.
  4. Mix onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, and paprika.
  5. Add olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Combine well using your hands.
  7. Shape into 4 equal patties.
  8. Place patties on the tray.
  9. Bake for 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  10. Remove and let them rest 2 minutes before serving.
