Ingredients
  

For the vegan lemon garlic “chicken”:
  • 1 lb seitan or tofu sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
