Ingredients
  

  • 200 g plant-based ground beef
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp onions finely chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix the base.
  2. Combine plant-based beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, onions, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley.
  3. Shape.
  4. Form 8–10 small meatballs.
  5. Heat the pan.
  6. Warm 1 tbsp olive oil.
  7. Cook.
  8. Fry meatballs for 10–12 minutes until golden and firm.
  9. Serve.
  10. Plate with dips, pasta, rice, or salads.
