  • Coconut oil melted — 3 tablespoons

Filling
  • Brown sugar — ½ cup
  • Cinnamon — 1½ tablespoons
  • Coconut oil — 2 tablespoons
Glaze
  • Powdered sugar — 1 cup
  • Plant milk — 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract — ½ teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Add sourdough starter and plant milk to mixing bowl.
  2. Stir flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt into mixture.
  3. Mix until soft dough forms.
  4. Knead dough for 5 minutes.
  5. Cover dough and let rise until doubled.
  6. Roll dough into rectangle.
  7. Spread coconut oil over dough surface.

  9. Roll dough tightly into log shape.
