  • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Cornflour: 1½ tablespoons
  • Water: 3 tablespoons
  • Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • Spring onions chopped: 2 tablespoons

Method
 

  1. Place plant-based chicken evenly into the crockpot.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken and stir gently.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
  5. Mix cornflour with water and stir into crockpot.
