  • Smoked paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Corn kernels: ½ cup optional
  • Fresh parsley chopped: 2 tablespoons

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 35 minutes until tender.
